Deputy Leadership Position
Melissa Hehnen has been a research associate, trainer and coach at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management since March 2020. She studied psychology (B.Sc. and M.Sc.) at LMU Munich with a focus on business-, organizational- and social psychology. In September 2022, she completed her dissertation on the topic "Social Identification in Europe during Times of Crisis: A Theoretical and Empirical Examination of Influence Factors". Her responsibilities at the center are primarily focused on human resources development. Moreover, she holds the deputy leadership position together with Dr. Angela Kuonath. In addition to her work at the Center for Leadership and People Management, she works as a freelance trainer, consultant, and coach.
